1. General

These Terms of Service govern your use of the OrangeMorange Craft website and any purchases of ceramic products from OrangeMorange Craft GmbH. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

OrangeMorange Craft GmbH is registered in Austria (UID: ATU29175012, Firmenbuchnummer: FN 439132b) at Getreidegasse 8, 5020 Salzburg.

2. Product Information

2.1 Handcrafted Nature

All our ceramics are handmade. Slight variations in size, color, and glaze application are inherent to the craft and do not constitute defects. Dimensions listed are approximate.

2.2 Colors

We make every effort to display colors accurately. However, actual colors may vary depending on your device's display settings.

2.3 Availability

Our products are made in small batches. If an item is unavailable after you inquire, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives or a full refund.

3. Ordering Process

3.1 Inquiry

Contact us via the contact form to inquire about availability. We will confirm stock status, provide total cost including shipping, and send a secure payment link.

3.2 Contract Formation

A purchase contract is formed only when we confirm your order and receive payment.

3.3 Payment

We accept payment via bank transfer or secure payment links. All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include Austrian VAT (20%) where applicable.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. We ship from Salzburg within 2 business days of order confirmation.

4.3 Risk and Ownership

Risk passes to you upon delivery. Ownership remains with us until full payment is received.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

5.1 Cancellation Right

EU consumers have 14 days to cancel their order without giving reasons, starting from the day you receive the goods.

5.2 Exceptions

Due to the nature of handmade ceramics, returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items. Please inspect your order upon receipt.

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at kontakt@orangemorangecraft.pro within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.

6. Defects and Liability

6.1 Warranty

Under Austrian consumer law, goods must conform to the contract. We provide a 2-year warranty on manufacturing defects.

6.2 Damage in Transit

We pack all items carefully. If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund damaged items.

6.3 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price, except for death, personal injury, or fraud.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (images, text, designs) is owned by OrangeMorange Craft GmbH. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Austrian law. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country apply.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Amicable Resolution

We aim to resolve any disputes amicably. Contact us first at kontakt@orangemorangecraft.pro.

10.2 EU Online Dispute Resolution

EU consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

10.3 Jurisdiction

For disputes with businesses, the competent court is in Salzburg, Austria.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version applies to all orders placed after the effective date.
